The turn around time for an HSMP application is pretty fast if you have all of your supporting documents on hand before you apply (birth certificate, passport, university diploma, payslips, etc).
In general, the HSMP turn around time is only 3 or 4 weeks. Of course this depends on the time of year and the number of applications pending approval.
